How to request deletion of your data

If you submitted a Facebook lead form belonging to Root Plus, or applied through our site, you can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.

Through Facebook.Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Root Plus, and choose to delete your data. Facebook notifies us automatically and returns a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Directly. Send us a request through our contact page, using the name, phone number or email address you applied with. We may ask you to confirm a detail from your application so we delete the right record.

What we delete, and what we may keep

We delete your contact details, application answers, uploaded documents, and the record of which advertisement or form you came from.

We may retain a limited record where the law requires it — for example, where you were placed with a carrier and employment or tax records must be kept, or where information is needed to resolve a dispute. Where we refuse a deletion in whole or in part, this page states the reason and we tell you directly.

We aim to complete requests within 30 days. Deleting your data does not undo a placement already made, and information already shared with a carrier is held under that carrier's own privacy policy.
