Terms of Service

Placement services are provided under individual service agreements executed with each client carrier, which govern fees, milestones, and guarantees.

Candidate information provided by Root Plus is confidential and may be used only for the hiring decision it was shared for. Circumventing agreed placement fees by hiring a presented candidate outside the agreement remains fee-eligible per the service agreement.

The recruiting platform is provided as-is to active clients; access may be revoked when an engagement ends. These terms are superseded by any signed agreement between Root Plus and your company.
